I’m sure you’re familiar with the saying, “Do what you do the best and delegate the rest.” Chris Ducker is credited for the saying. He’s a serial entrepreneur and owns a virtual assistant business in the Philippines. When it comes to virtual business management, he’s the go-to resource. I love his book called Virtual Freedom. I highly recommend any small business owner to go to Amazon and grab a copy. The book is a step-by-step guide on how to systematically build your team to help you grow your business, with the resources you can afford.

This week’s Accomplish More podcast covers the practical side of delegating. Technology has dramatically changed the climate of how we can build the team for our businesses. No matter how big or small you want your workforce, you have many more options available to fill your needs.

It’s easier said than done when it comes to building a team. There are things that hold us back. In this episode, I share why I used to be dead set against having a remote team and how my mindset dramatically changed.
