Company branded email is a detail that shouldn't be overlooked when you are starting your own small business. Yet, it often is!
No matter what stage you are in your business, if you are using a free email account (like gmail, yahoo, msn, etc.) it's time to STOP!
This detail matters.
In this episode, I share an experience I had that really left a negative impression on me from a business who should have known better. Their lack of using a company branded email placed a black mark on their professionalism and longevity.
